The 3900 instrument couples single nucleotides together in a step-wise fashion to form customized oligonucleotides linked to polystryene solid support.

Specifications

The 3900 instrument can synthesize;

• Upto 48 oligonucleotide sequences can be synthesized simutaneously in one run.
• 48 primer length sequences at the 40 nmol and 0.2 µmol scales can be synthesized in less than 1.5 hours.

• Dye-labelling with 6-Fam, HEX, TET
