It is fully integrated and automated system that could be controlled 4 different analyses modes. The autosampler has different injection modes and sample tray is available in two configurations (84 standard 2-mL vials and three 10mL vials for large injection volumes). Internal standard addition, sample dilution, or derivatization steps are easily programmed to reduce sample preparation time and errors associated with manual procedures.
Available Detectors
1. ProStar 363 Fluorescence Detector with
ADC board
Wavelength range: 200-731 nm standard; 200-900 nm with optional red-sensitive PMT. Two outputs, to fraction collector or data systems within specifications from 10 °C to 40 °C. Operates in relative humidities from 5 % to 95 %, non-condensing.
2. ProStar 350 Refractive Index Detector
Detection limit 0,05 – 3 μg/mL
Temperature: 30 – 50 ˚C
Max flow rate: 20 mL/minute
Flow cell volume: 7 μl/min
3. ProStar 330 Photodiode Array Detector
UV-VIS-NIR regions (190- 700 nm).
4. ED50 Dionex Electrochemical Detector
Sensitivity and selectivity through three major forms of electrochemical detection: conductivity, dc amperometry, and integrated amperometry. Monitoring cell temperature in the conductivity mode and pH in the amperometric mode. Cyclic voltammetry for determination of the optimum potentials in methods development is also available with this detector.
Sample Requirements
The celarity and purity is very important factor for the accuracy of the result in HPLC.For this reason, the samples has to be separated from the all impurities as much as possible and filtered through suitable filtration system (0,45 μm).
For autosampler: Injection volume: 1 to 5000 μL (max 84 samples/cycle)
Manuel injection: 10-20-50 μL
Applications
It can be used in very wide area from food and beverages to enviromental, clinical, petrochemical, agriculture, consumer products, industrial chemicals, biochemicals, forensic and pharmaceuticals for chemical separations, purification, identification and quantification.
